Summary

Looking for candidates for Oracle Financial Technical Consultants (Contract Role) -Singapore (80% Technical+20% Functional)

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Application, this role will be a member of the ERP implementation & Support project team. This role will ensure project implementation process running well and the smooth running of critical business processes after project implementation. Should have hands on experience with Development of Integrations, Data Migrations, Customizations.

Responsibilities:

·      Manage full life cycle of Requirement (if required), Design, Build, Testing, Deployment and Support

·      Develop and document configuration scripts, and other associated technical specifications from end user requirements, as well as system documentation for new implementation.

·      Assist with the configuration and development of application objects, workflow, reporting, integration, and conversion programs, etc

·      Analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes.

·      Track and follow up on operational issues, and perform change impact analysis for quarterly changes on BAU landscape with reference to the project landscape.

·      Liaise with Biz users and vendor and ensure the deliverables with quality.

·      Manage Oracle ERP R12 related support activities & Support Oracle Fusion implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

·      At least 5-7 years of experience, with at least 2 end to end Oracle ERP project implementation in Finance and Costing, with sound business process knowledge (e.g. Order-To-Cash, Procure-to-Pay in a global environment)

·      Hands on experience Implementation & Support of with Oracle EBS & Oracle Fusion cloud for Finance modules like Oracle GL, FA, AP, AR, CM and Costing

·      Hands on experience in developing RICE/CEMLI components; OAF Personalization, OAF extension, Oracle workflow, Oracle Forms, Oracle reports using PLSQL & SQL, Oracle Application frameworks, XML publisher reports and interfaces using PLSQL Stored Procedures.

·      Solid understanding and experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion Technology and underlying data structures and data flow


·      Experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion (esp. Finance) Security setup and modifications related to roles, permissions, and data security, including building custom roles based on the delivered roles provided in the Oracle product.


·      Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud advanced tools such as Extracts, Personalization, BI Publisher, Application Security, Fast Formula, Page Composer, Page Configurator, REST APIs, SOAP, Webservices.



·      Experience in Oracle Cloud tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Visual Builder


·      Experience in building report using Oracle BIP, OTBI and Dashboards


·      Experience in developing custom applications using Oracle PaaS is an added advantage.


·      Must possess in-depth hands-on experience in workflow approvals configuration.

·      Experience Data conversion patterns into Oracle Cloud ERP (FBDI/FBDL, ADFDi)

·      Prior experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud migration will be a definite plus.

·      Experienced in an end-user environment is a requirement and those with experience in high-tech manufacturing will be a plus

·      Positive attitude, enthusiastic, self-motivated, sensitive to team dynamics & cultures

·      Strong written and oral communication skills

·      Keen attention to detail

·      Well versed in SCRUM project methodology

·      Able to interact with Mandarin-speaking users to understand the business requirements will be a plus
