Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Development Analyst – Oracle Financials to join our team in Singapore. The role will primarily involve supporting both Project and Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities for Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.10 (Oracle Financials) and Oracle Cloud Fusion applications. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, collaborative, and open to learning new technologies, with a strong grasp of financial systems and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide BAU application support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.10 – Oracle Financials modules.
• Address and manage system requirements or requests from regulators, auditors, source systems, and end-users.
• Perform systems analysis, design reviews, and technical impact assessments.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business users and internal stakeholders.
• Lead or support issue resolution activities, including root cause analysis and resolution planning.
• Review and validate functional and technical documentation including requirements documents, SIT test plans, design specifications, and source code.
• Guide and support developers in understanding functional requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Ensure applications conform to business and technical specifications.
• Maintain vigilance on regulatory compliance risks and actively work to mitigate them.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats in the regulatory and technology landscape.
• Take initiative to improve current processes and adapt to new changes or technologies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Financials (EBS R12.2.10) modules:
• General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Expense, and Cash Management.
• Familiar with Oracle EPM tools:
• Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service, Narrative Reporting, Workforce Compensation Planning.
• Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, XML Publisher.
• Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with full project lifecycle implementation or major upgrades is a plus.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and a proactive attitude toward teamwork and continuous improvement.
