Job Title: EPM Consultant – FCCS/PBCS

Total Experience Required: 6+ years in Information Technology/Computers/Software

Relevant Experience Required: 4+ years in EPM, Oracle FCCS and PBCS solutions

Work Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

1. Must be currently based in the Netherlands, or
2. Willing to relocate to Amsterdam, Netherlands from anywhere within Europe or the UK
3. Relocation support is available for selected candidates relocating from within Europe or the UK
4. Candidates outside Europe/UK unfortunately cannot be considered

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months, extendable up to 18 months based on project needs

Visa/Work Authorization Status:

1. Candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in the Netherlands
2. If you currently possess a valid work visa for Europe or the UK, we can support the process of securing work authorization for the Netherlands

Workplace Type: Hybrid (at least 2 times a week at office)

We are seeking an experienced EPM Consultant for a contract role focused on implementing and optimizing Oracle FCCS and PBCS solutions. This role requires a strong finance background and deep expertise in enterprise performance management, including end-to-end transformation and data migration strategy. The position is based in Amsterdam, with a hybrid model (50% onsite).

As a key contributor, you will lead the mapping of finance processes, guide COA optimization, and define the implementation blueprint aligned with EPM best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end FCCS/PBCS implementation and business transformation
• Analyze and map consolidation processes to Oracle FCCS
• Define and implement best-practice-based EPM blueprints
• Lead chart of accounts (COA) study and structure optimization
• Develop data migration strategies in line with industry standards

Top 5 Essential Skills:

• Expertise in Oracle FCCS and PBCS
• Strong finance background, preferably Chartered Accountant
• Deep understanding of consolidation and planning processes
• Hands-on EPM implementation and transformation experience
• Proficient in defining EPM blueprints and product configurations

Top 5 Optional Skills:

• Knowledge of Canon’s consolidation process
• Experience with COA reengineering in finance systems
• Dutch language proficiency
• Familiarity with finance-driven data migration strategy
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
