Job Title: Applications Development Analyst \ Oracle EPM Consultant (TRCS, FCCS, EPRCS, Essbase)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oracle EPM Suite Expertise: Lead and support implementations and enhancements across Oracle EPM modules, including:
• TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service): Administration, workflow/task manager, business rules, data management, reporting, and Smart View integration.
• FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service): Configuration and optimization of consolidation processes, metadata design, and reporting.
• EPRCS (Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Service): Development and management of narrative reporting solutions.
• Essbase: Design and optimization of multidimensional databases for financial analysis.
• Collaboration: Work closely with CIS functional teams and business stakeholders from various operating companies, controllership, and tax departments to design and implement system and process improvements.
• Financial Close Support: Provide expertise and support during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of EPM modules with other enterprise systems.
• Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation and provide training to end-users and internal teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Oracle EPM Suite Proficiency: Extensive experience with TRCS, FCCS, EPRCS, and Essbase.
• Implementation Experience: Proven track record of leading or participating in full-cycle implementations of Oracle EPM solutions.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data management, business rules, reporting, and Smart View integration within the Oracle EPM suite.
• Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective EPM solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Additional Modules: Experience with other Oracle EPM modules such as ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service) is advantageous.
• Scripting Knowledge: Familiarity with scripting languages like Groovy or JavaScript for customization and automation within EPM applications.
• Cloud Integration: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrating EPM modules with other cloud applications.
