Oracle Enterprise Service Project Manager

The Oracle Enterprise Service Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Oracle enterprise solutions to clients. This role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

< class="gmail-">Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle enterprise service implementations, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication between stakeholders and Oracle teams.
• Resource Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and support staff, to allocate resources effectively.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet Oracle's quality standards and client expectations.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, controlling costs while delivering value to clients.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback post-implementation to identify areas for improvement in future projects.
  
  

< class="gmail-">Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in managing Oracle enterprise service projects.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Oracle Project Management certifications are highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle applications such as Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, or EPM.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
