About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with specialized expertise in Advanced Pricing R12 and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate will possess full-stack development skills in Oracle R12, with a strong focus on implementing rate structures and optimizing purchase order/AP invoicing workflows. This is an onsite position requiring hands-on technical leadership in development, testing, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle EBS R12 customizations, ensuring robust unit and integration testing
• Implement and optimize Oracle Advanced Pricing (R12) solutions with emphasis on rate structure configuration
• Design and build technical components using RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions), PL/SQL, OAF, Oracle Workflows, and XML Publisher
• Support end-to-end P2P processes, including Purchase Order approvals and AP Invoicing integrations
• Lead QA initiatives by defining test procedures, developing test cases, and executing validation cycles

Mandatory Requirements

• 6+ years as a Full Stack Oracle EBS Developer (R12)
• Proven implementation experience with Oracle Advanced Pricing (R12)
• Technical Proficiency:
• RICEFW components
• PL/SQL, OAF, Oracle Workflows
• XML Publisher reports
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies

• Hands-on experience with P2P modules (Purchase Orders, AP Invoicing)
• Knowledge of EBS integrations with third-party systems
