About the Job:
As a Project Manager, you will manage Oracle EBS AMS engagements, overseeing every phase of the project from planning and execution to delivery and closure. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, handle resource and budget management, and ensure the successful delivery of top-notch software solutions within the AMS framework. Additionally, you should be well-versed in Support KPIs, SLAs, and other ITIL processes.

Educational Background : Masters/Professional Degree
Key Responsibilities :
• Managing EBS support project
• Ensuring the SLAs(Response and resolution) are met
• Keeping the track of KPIs like RCA, Value adds, Ticket reduction and automation.
• Managing and motivating teams
• Keeping track of the Team Productivity and ensuring productivity increase year on year.
• Managinging shifts and rostering.
• Team mentoring
• Someone with good communication and leadership skills, that work with cross-functional teams and foster effect collaboration. Also someone that can be the point-of-contact for external as well as internal communications.
• Ability to ensure deliverables meet the quality expectations
• Project management and software support/development/implementation experience is desired.
Skills Required: Min 12+ years of relevant experience required.
