Expectations from the Role :

Responsibilities:

• Managing HRMS CRs and develop as per the requirement.
• Communicating with the client for the requirement gathering.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Being proactive and innovative in problem solving.

Must Have:

• Should have good understanding and practical experience in Oracle SQL, PL-SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Workflows and Interfaces.
• Should have working experience in Core HR, Payroll & Self Services.

Good-to-Have:

• Knowledge of Performance Management, Learning Management & Compensation Workbench.
