Roles & Responsibilities Oracle HCM Techno Functional CONSULTANT 1. Job Description Oracle ERP Techno Functional Consultant is responsible for Implementing, Developing, Delivering, and supporting of oracle E-Business suite R12 HC modules. Specialized in Oracle’s E-Business suite Human Capital Management, namely; Core HRMS, Payroll, HRSS, iRecruitment, OLM, OTL, OPM applications. The consultant must ensure the best utilization of oracle EBS. 1. Main responsibilities · Gather business requirements · Ability to demonstrate the high-quality solutions to key business users and stakeholders based on oracle standards. · Develop the necessary integrations with Oracle EBS Modules · Conduct UAT sessions · Provide user support and training · Ensure meeting of business requirements and expectations · Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation, and testing of programs. 1. Desired Skills and Experience 1) Experience in Computer programming, database administration, vendor application support, reports development and application migration 2) At least 5 years of experience in IT environment and data analysis, code design, problem troubleshooting and architecture of database in Oracle ERP HR Application solution related to EBS modules. 3) Interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with vendor, project stakeholders, colleagues, industry peers and project team both written and verbal. 4) At least 3 end-to-end Oracle HR applications implementations. Desired Candidate Profile 1) Experience and knowledge of formla , Payroll, core HR , selfservice RDBMS (Oracle, MS Access and SQL server etc.) 2) Experience in Oracle Tools; AME, SQL, PL/SQL, Discoverer, OBIEE, BI/ XML Publisher & Reports. 3) Good Knowledge in Financial Management, Supply Chain Management and Procurement modules 4) Knowledge in Form customizations and development. 5) Experience in SDLC life cycle. 6) BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Technologies-related curriculum preferred.
