Title: Oracle EPM Developer

Location: Bay Area California

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud modules (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, etc.).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver robust EPM solutions.
• Design and implement business rules, calculations, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Integrate Oracle EPM with other systems (e.g., ERP systems like Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP).
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning of EPM applications.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and planning cycles.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliability.
• Assist with data migration, metadata management, and master data governance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and end-user training materials.
• Keep up to date with Oracle EPM Cloud updates and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion suite.
• Strong knowledge of modules such as Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), or others.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Groovy, Calc Manager, and SQL.
• Experience with Smart View, EPM Automate, and data integration tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
