By leveraging process automation, high-availability planning, and performance optimization, we ensure seamless database operations across development, test, and production environments. **What you'll be doing** + Converting business data models into technical models and implementing database objects. + Standardizing and automating processes and workflows to enhance database operational efficiency. + Planning the implementation and support of high-availability database systems. + Taking responsibility for backup, recovery, analysis, and optimization of databases in multiple environments. + Supporting on-call teams to ensure timely resolution of database-related issues. + Assisting and guiding projects within your area of responsibility. **What you'll bring along** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT qualification. + Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the functional and technical design of Oracle database systems. + Ability to architecturally classify and implement requirements in the database environment. + Strong expertise in database backup, recovery, and optimization techniques. + Methodical and structured working style with strong analytical skills. + Team player with a confident demeanor, flexibility, and independent problem-solving abilities. + Assertiveness and responsible decision-making. + Excellent command of both written and spoken English and German. **What's in it for you** ?
