Job Description:Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Oracle CX software and ERP systems
• Expertise in Redwood, CX Mobile and CX Outlook sync
• Expertise in CX Migration
• Expertise in System setup and configuration
• Expertise in System design and development
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies

Desirable

• Certifications in IT (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft
• Knowledge of Oracle CX products like Oracle CPQ

Work Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on system enhancements and project management
