About the Company - ACSE is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Functional Lead with 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud. The role involves leading cross-functional discussions at various levels with client business users to analyze requirements, brainstorm, and articulate solutions, and recommending industry best practices to stakeholders. This role is responsible for documenting a gap analysis against standard Oracle functional flows and providing a solution using both standard and customized solutions. The role will design, document, configure, test, demonstrate, and train the end users in the final solution throughout the implementation life cycle including hyper-care support at go-live.

About the Role - Sr. Oracle Cloud Manufacturing

• Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis:
• Lead cross-functional discussions with business users to gather and analyze detailed requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and provide solutions using Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules.
• Recommend industry best practices aligned with client objectives.

• Solution Design & Configuration:
• Conduct gap analysis against standard Oracle functional flows and provide both standard and customized solutions.
• Design, document, configure, and test Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules such as Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, Inventory, Quality Management, and Cost Management.

• Implementation & Support:
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and training.
• Manage data migration, cut-over activities, and post-go-live hyper-care support.
• Experience in OTBI, BI Publisher, and related tools is a plus. Oracle Certification is preferred.

• Documentation & Training:
• Create and maintain key project documents, including configuration guides, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to client teams and end-users.

• Collaboration & Leadership:
• Act as a functional lead, managing project timelines and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with internal teams and clients through meetings, video conferences, email, and chat platforms.

• Technical Skills & Tools:
• Proficient in Oracle Cloud’s OTBI, BI Publisher, and other reporting tools.
• Knowledge of related Oracle Cloud modules, including Supply & Demand Planning, Order Management, Shipping Execution, Pricing, Supply Chain Orchestration, and Procurement Suite, is a strong advantage.
• High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Visio, and SharePoint.
