Summary

Role Summary: 

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting the technical services within Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud to analyze, design and deliver business solutions while also assisting with technical requirements and questions. The position reports to and works closely with the CHRO with a focus on system configuration, reporting, and continual improvement of the end-user experience. It is part of a lean team dedicated to driving efficiency within the HR department to support the business.

 

What to Expect in the Role:

  • Collaborate with HR and IT Stakeholders, vendors and service providers to support HR software needs and processes.
  • Assist with reporting needs, mass uploads and requests from HR stakeholders.
  • Work with analytics group to analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Support and review existing HR processes, identifying areas for optimization, and developing strategies to streamline workflows and eliminate redundancies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR system platforms.
  • Conduct user training sessions, develop training materials, and create system documentation to facilitate user adoption and improve system utilization.
  • Configure forms, reports, and workflows to suit business requirements. 
  • Configure system features, such as onboarding, performance, learning, succession, and recruitment. 
  • Configure and maintain security of HR system features and data.

 

What We Will Be Needing From You: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or technical field.
  • 3-8 years’ experience in a role that requires strong communication, project management, data quality assurance, and technical experience in HR systems.
  • Expertise with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud Application.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management and benefit administration. 
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to make strategic recommendations based on data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast paced and evolving environment.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, and experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Innate desire and drive to expand on technical knowledge and skills
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride of work produced and efficiency
  • Knowledge of common policies and procedures across human resources functions
