Job Overview/Summary

Pulivarthi Group is seeking an experienced Oracle CC&B Functional Analyst to join our IT Customer Care Department for a CC&B upgrade initiative. This role involves designing and developing solutions that leverage Oracle CC&B's base functionality while ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in refining requirements, designing solutions, and contributing to a successful upgrade implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions for Oracle CC&B, leveraging its base functionality.
  • Use business process understanding to propose non-custom solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement key initiatives for the CC&B upgrade.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to refine requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure comprehensive tracking of all requirements.
  • Ensure all deliverables are properly documented and consistently updated.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience in Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems, including upgrades.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to propose non-custom solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both business and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining requirements traceability matrices.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and attention to detail.
