Oracle CC&B Credit & Collections Analyst Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) operations and functionality
• Analyze and optimize utility customer operations with a focus on revenue management
• Develop and implement effective credit and collections strategies
• Create, run, and analyze SQL queries to generate insights and reports
• Provide analytical and operational support to the revenue management department
• Assist with delegating and assigning tasks to team members based on functional areas
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for revenue management processes
  
  

Oracle CC&B Credit & Collections Analyst Qualifications

• Proven experience with Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) systems
• Strong functional background in utility customer operations
• Demonstrated experience in Credit & Collections processes
• Proficient in creating, running, and analyzing SQL queries
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong project management and organizational skills
