Key Responsibilities

• Version Management:
• Configure and manage multiple versions of database configurations within the application root to facilitate incremental upgrades.
• Encryption & Security:
• Troubleshoot wallet access issues on specific nodes and manage keystore password prompts during application version upgrades.
• Data Migration & Synchronization:
• Identify and resolve invalid database objects in Pluggable Databases (PDBs) following application root sync.
• Address synchronization errors, including ORA-12805 and ORA-20002, during Application Container Database operations.
• Constraint Management:
• Enable or disable table-level constraints within individual PDBs as needed.
• Performance Optimization:
• Analyze and tune database performance to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI):
• Ensure that PDBs created via manual scripts are accurately represented and visible within the OCI Console.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience as an Oracle Architect or in a comparable database architecture role.
• Strong expertise in Oracle database architecture, administration, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a track record of resolving complex database issues.
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
• Experience working with Application Container Databases and Pluggable Databases (PDBs).
