Oracle APEX Developer - 4 to 8y Experience Required

Locations: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Oracle APEX applications.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Design and optimize PLSQL stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design database solutions, and integrate applications within the Pharma domain.
• Perform regular system upgrades and patches for Oracle APEX, SQL databases, and associated software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SQL queries, application performance, and data integrity.
• Work on data migration projects and ensure smooth transition of data across systems.
• Develop reports and dashboards for Pharma domain stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Maintain robust documentation for developed solutions, ensuring traceability and transparency.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices in Oracle APEX, SQL, and PLSQL development.
• Work closely with business analysts and project managers to prioritize and implement new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PLSQL for database design, query optimization, and reporting.
• Experience in developing, testing, and maintaining web applications with Oracle APEX.
• Experience working with Oracle databases (Oracle 11g/12c/19c).
• Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data migration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud services or other cloud-based platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with other technologies like JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to enhance APEX applications is an advantage.
