Oracle Cloud Finance Lead Analyst

Brooksource is currently hiring an Oracle Cloud Finance Lead Analyst. We are seeking someone with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP, focusing on both technical and functional aspects. This role is critical to managing and optimizing our clients' financial operations through modules such as RMCS, GL, AR, AP and IC, with additional to Collections, Fixed Assets, and Project Portfolio Management. The ideal candidate will serve as an onshore subject matter expert, responsible for incident resolution, implementing enhancements, and streamlining financial processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the onshore SME, managing day-to-day operations including incidents, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Lead functional and technical resolution of issues across Oracle Cloud Financial modules.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align Oracle Cloud Finance capabilities with business goals.
- Support key milestones (e.g., month-end close, audits, upgrades) with high availability.
- Perform impact analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud enhancements.
- Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and external partners to ensure end-to-end system reliability.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and internal controls within financial systems.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials in both functional and technical roles.
- Strong expertise in primary modules: Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Intercompany (IC).
- Working knowledge of secondary modules: Collections, Fixed Assets (FA), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Proven ability to manage and resolve Oracle Cloud incidents and enhancements independently.
- Experience supporting key finance milestones with business-critical responsiveness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
