Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an OR1 Performance Support Service Coordinator in Stafford, Texas. As a key part of our team, your role will focus on managing logistics, supporting service operations, and ensuring effective communication with field technicians. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to efficient operations and high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact between logistics teams and field technicians to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and update logs of all STOs and RMAs, collaborating with logistics teams for accurate processing
- Address transaction errors within CRM and SAP, contributing to proper inventory management
- Provide support for auditing activities related to field-based storage locations on a monthly basis
- Assist with invoicing tasks connected to field work orders and handle products in transit to or from the warehouse in SAP and CRM
- Collaborate with field technicians to gather necessary shipping information and systematically receive products on their behalf
- Initiate all preventive maintenance FWOs and close zero-dollar billing FWOs
- Stand in or provide support for the Service Coordinator during peak times, vacations, sick days, and other PTOs
- Contribute to service operations team by handling ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in invoice management and processing
- Proficiency in materials handling and logistics
- Previous experience in auditing and reconciliations
- Familiarity with billing procedures and practices
- Ability to act as a liaison between different parties
- Knowledge of payroll functions
- Experience in shipping procedures and best practices
- Proficient in CRM software and SAP R/3
- Understanding of storage and backup technologies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in handling work orders and ad hoc reporting
- Knowledge in preventive maintenance practices
- Ability to complete required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Experience in coordinating field technicians
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform
- Understanding of service operations practices
