Role Overview
As a Senior Options Relationship Manager, you will be a critical part of the Front of House team, specialising in pricing, selling, and executing FX options. You will lead efforts in managing and growing relationships with institutional and corporate clients, providing expert guidance on FX risk management through structured solutions and options strategies.
You will collaborate with trading, sales, and marketing teams to refine our service offerings, shape client strategy, and contribute to the ongoing success to the revenue goals and 5-year growth plan.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their hedging requirements and risk appetite.
- Provide bespoke FX options strategies, leveraging both vanilla and structured products.
- Support client retention and satisfaction through consistent delivery and insightful communication.
Options Expertise & Product Knowledge
- Execute and manage the full lifecycle of FX options trades — from pricing and structuring to execution and post-trade support.
- Act as a subject matter expert on FX options, liquidity management, and counterparties.
- Train and mentor junior team members on options pricing models and market strategies.
Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities, upselling existing clients, and expanding market share.
- Own and deliver on individual and team sales targets by applying strategic insights and robust leadership.
Strategic Contribution
- Lead process and infrastructure improvements within FX options desk.
- Assist with risk management strategies, forward book oversight, and liquidity planning.
- Work directly with the CRO to shape and deliver against the firm's growth objectives.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of industry experience in FX and derivatives, including direct experience with selling, pricing, and executing FX options.
- Proven success in a Business Development or Front Office role.
- Level 4 CISI qualified
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate client needs into profitable solutions.
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and leading a team.
- Comfortable with a high-growth, high-expectation environment and holding others accountable.
