Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager with 35 years of experience in Agile/Scrum project environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of software and business projects while working closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, product owners, and stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational experience in project management and is looking to grow in Agile leadership Responsibilities Planning & Coordination :

• Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
• Work with product owners and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Help identify project risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and issue Project Execution :
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and burn-down charts to ensure teams stay on track.
• Coordinate between development, QA, and business teams to remove blockers and ensure timely delivery.
• Promote Agile best practices and foster team collaboration and continuous Communication :
• Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and issues.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on goals and Management & Reporting :
• Manage tasks and backlogs in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Track and report on KPIs and project health metrics.
• Support project audits, reviews, and documentation Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 35 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management, preferably in Agile environments.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and software development practices.
• Experience working with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed Qualifications :
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) or other Agile certifications.
• Exposure to hybrid project management models (Agile + Waterfall).
• Familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools (Excel, Power BI, JIRA dashboards).
• Experience in stakeholder management and risk mitigation Skills :
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous Environment & Conditions :
• Hybrid or on-site role, depending on project needs.
• May require occasional evening calls with international teams.
