Experience: Previous experience in an eyeglass dispensary, with the ability to operate lensometers and other optical equipment. Skills: Excellent customer service and sales skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with EMR systems - Compulink experience strongly preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality Ability to read a manual lensometer, perform quality checks on eyewear including neutralizing prescriptions, transposing if needed, and troubleshooting any patient issues that may arise from an eyeglass order. Familiarity with contact lens ordering & performing I&Rs.
