Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optical Manager located in Lutherville, MD. The Optical Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the optical department, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence. Duties include managing inventory control, supervising staff, and providing training. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of optical fibers and other related technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Knowledge of Inventory Control
• Expertise in Optical Knowledge
• Ability to effectively train and supervise staff
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a managerial role within the optical or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field is preferred
