The OpEx Director is a Director-level role accountable for leading the execution and delivery of digital transformation initiatives within either internal operations or external commercial engagements. Reporting to the Head of OPEX, this role operationalizes the strategic roadmap through hands-on leadership of programs across four key pillars: Strategy & Programs, Process Excellence, Training & Enablement, and Compliance & Governance.
The role ensures effective governance, coordination, and delivery across OpEx pillars (e.g., CI, Lean Six Sigma, RPA, AI, Agile, CX, etc.) while enabling REPH to drive measurable business value through improved efficiency, user experience, and business scalability.
This role is accountable for building and sustaining a high-impact portfolio of transformation initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability, and capability development across divisions.
