Roles And Responsibilities

• operate 4th and 5th axis CNC machines.
• Read and interpret machining stage drawings.
• record production data, inspection results for tracking purposes.
• Load and unload raw materials, replace worn out tools and calibrate them.
• monitor production to detect issues or defects.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Drawing reading ability, Understanding of GD&T, Process drawings.
• Basic understanding of CNC Programming, DMG MORI / HEIDENHAIN experience, Simultaneous 5 Axis, and Turn-Mill machines working experience.
• Measuring instruments handling & Inspection report documentation.
• Production documents preparation, 5S activities, and basic Cutting Tools & Fixtures knowledge.
