The BGS Operations Associate for Verification is responsible for identifying and verifying trading cards across various categories, including sports, gaming, and non-sports. Conduct detailed research to gather necessary information about trading cards. Maintain focus and attention to detail while handling large volumes of cards. Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve daily goals. Meet or exceed daily performance metrics in a fast-paced work setting. Continuously learn and stay updated on trends in the trading card industry. Utilize computer tools and resources to support the verification process. Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years preferred. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent research skills to find information about trading cards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good computer skills and comfortability using online resources. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Ability to meet daily performance targets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with sports, gaming, or non-sports trading cards is a plus. Previous work experience in a similar or related field is an advantage.
