Overview The Operations Systems Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining and supporting standard operating procedures across corporately owned clubs and the broader brand. This role requires strong cross-departmental collaboration, operational support, and effective project management. The Operations Systems Coordinator will also support the daily functions of club operations, including club licensing, member record requests, purchase orders, and the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role will be based out of our Hampton, NH office, and will be expected to work our hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities * Manage business licensing for over 270 clubs, including ongoing regional tracking and compliance. * Collect and maintain operational records for over 270 clubs, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. * Monitor and enforce compliance with both established and newly developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all clubs and the brand. * Create and issue requisitions and purchase orders for the Operations Systems team and field operations leadership. * Oversee vendor relationships with key third-party suppliers supporting club operations. * Collaborate closely with teams across Facilities, Construction, Legal, and Accounting/Finance. * Perform additional duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications * Associate or bachelor's degree in business or a relatable field * 2+ years' experience in a fat-paced operations environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint * Ability to communicate effectively cross-functional partners * Strong attention to detail, efficient, and organized with an ability to establish priorities and objectives * Excellent presentation and communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization * Able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, internally and externally * Dedicated learner with a natural curiosity for consistent growth * Exhibits comfort, ease, and flexibility working in an extremely fast-paced ever-changing, deadline-driven environment * Cooperative team player with an upbeat, positive, "can-do" attitude!
