We’re looking for a systems-minded, operationally-focused leader to own and enhance Certus’ internal workflows across reporting, inventory, vendor support, and service operations. This role drives continuity and visibility across the company, acting as the operational bridge between Finance, Sales, and Field Service. The Operations Support & Systems Manager ensures data accuracy, streamlined execution, and strong partner coordination across multiple business functions.
· Operational Oversight
· - Own day-to-day operational execution across customer service workflows, store readiness tracking, and escalation triage
· - Align with Sales and Service teams to manage install scheduling, field support visibility, and vendor ticketing processes (e.g., SolveOne, Par Pacific)
· Inventory & Systems Management
· - Lead end-to-end inventory integrity, from physical stock reconciliation to log updates in SeedLive, HPM, and Dex systems
· - Partner with Finance on procurement workflows, PO routing, and parts lifecycle cost control
· Reporting & Insights
· - Manage company-wide reporting cadences (weekly/monthly/quarterly) across Free Air, MML, ePort, KR downtime, and service logs
· - Ensure clean documentation, report distribution, and actionable visibility for leadership and team alignment
· Process Governance & Cross-Functional Support
· - Standardize and maintain operational SOPs across Ops, Sales, Finance, and Field Service
· - Serve as primary liaison to vendor partners (e.g., Burroughs) and internal departments to ensure streamlined communication and operational accuracy
- 2–5 years experience in operations, logistics, or cross-functional support roles
- Strong skills in Excel, reporting systems, and workflow documentation
- Demonstrated ability to support internal teams and external vendors with consistent process execution
- Knowledge of service ticketing systems and ERP/CRM platforms is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
