Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor at Armorous Security & Investigations. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring security protocols are followed, and managing a team of security guards.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, management, and supervision
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
• Previous military or law enforcement experience is beneficial
