Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CS Department Coordinator to support the Chief Operating Officer in managing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service (CS) department. This role involves training team members on company protocols and procedures, ensuring consistent and high-quality service standards. The coordinator will also assist in implementing departmental initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and managing various administrative and operational tasks as directed by the COO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for CS staff on company policies, tools, and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with established protocols and service standards.
  • Coordinate departmental activities and serve as a liaison between CS teams and other departments
  • Support the COO in executing strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Assist in documenting processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Track team performance and compile reports for management review.
