About Us

We are a U.S.-China cross-border supply chain company based in Orange County, California. We specialize in ocean freight forwarding, customs clearance, trucking, and last-mile delivery for goods imported from China to the U.S.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Supervisor to manage our daily cargo logistics, document processing, financial records and coordination with logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Support

• Handle business documentation (e.g., switch B/L, delivery orders)
• Coordinate with customs brokers and trucking companies
• Communicate regularly with China-based teams (some evening hours required)
• Track shipments and follow up on cargo status
• Assist in improving daily workflow and logistics efficiency
• Other operations work suggested by your supervisor

Finance & Accounting

• Manage bookkeeping, payments, checks, and invoice records
• Assist with payment processing and monthly financial tracking
• Organize and maintain documentation for accounting and reimbursement
• Liaise with external accountants and support tax preparation
• Monitor cash flow and assist with cost control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of work experience in an OTI company
• Holds a valid U.S. work visa
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and document handling

Compensation & Benefits

• The expected salary range for this role is $50,000- $65,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs
