Summary

You get stuff done.

You don’t need your hand held. You don’t wait to be told what to do. You hear a need—like “we need a print partner”—and you make it happen.

Mancomm is a lean, fast-moving company revolutionizing how people interact with regulations. We’re not a corporate maze. We’re building, shipping, and iterating fast—and we need someone who can bring structure to the chaos.

This is not a role for someone who wants to “manage people.” It’s for someone who manages problems and creates solutions.

If you’re familiar with Traction (EOS) and know how to bring that discipline into a small team, you’ll feel right at home.

Requirements

Coordinate and optimize day-to-day operations

Own key projects like finding and onboarding vendors (e.g., print partners)

Create and refine systems and SOPs for repeatable success

Implement accountability structures that reflect EOS principles (Rocks, Scorecards, To-Dos)

Help facilitate clear communication across the leadership team

Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across departments

Support the COO directly by reducing chaos and increasing execution speed

Spot problems, fix them, and make sure they don’t come back

Who You Are

You’ve worked in operations, admin, or logistics (title doesn’t matter—output does)

You understand and have used Traction / EOS and can apply it without being rigid

You’re resourceful, organized, and assertive in the right moments

You thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments

You take initiative, write things down, and keep others on track

You take pride in being the one who keeps the wheels turning

What This Role Is Not

It’s not corporate project management

It’s not about building big teams—it’s about building systems

It’s not a basic admin or office manager role

It’s not a place to coast

What This Role Is

A launchpad for someone who wants to own meaningful ops work

A seat at the table of a mission-driven, high-performance team

A chance to apply the best parts of EOS/Traction without bureaucracy

An opportunity to build operational infrastructure that actually works

If you live and breathe ownership, systems, and smart execution—we want to hear from you.

Benefits

Health, dental, and vision insurance

Health savings account

401(K) retirement plan with company match

Paid time off (PTO)

Vacation Pay
