Requirements

• Coordinate and optimize day-to-day operations
• Own key projects like finding and onboarding vendors (e.g., print partners)
• Create and refine systems and SOPs for repeatable success
• Implement accountability structures that reflect EOS principles (Rocks, Scorecards, To-Dos)
• Help facilitate clear communication across the leadership team
• Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across departments
• Support the COO directly by reducing chaos and increasing execution speed
• Spot problems, fix them, and make sure they don't come back
  
  

Who You Are:

• You've worked in operations, admin, or logistics (title doesn't matter—output does)
• You understand and have used Traction / EOS and can apply it without being rigid
• You're resourceful, organized, and assertive in the right moments
• You thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
• You take initiative, write things down, and keep others on track
