Role Summary
The Operations Services Manager serves as a trusted strategic advisor and operational leader, driving efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and execution across the organization. This role is responsible for optimizing operational services while ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration, and enabling executive leadership to focus on high-priority objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Act as a key advisor and thought partner to the Brand President, providing insight and recommendations on organizational strategy, priorities, and decision-making.
- Drive the development and implementation of corporate strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate executive leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation of action items, and tracking follow-ups to ensure accountability.
Operational Oversight
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of core business functions, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure objectives are met.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Foster communication and alignment across teams to streamline initiatives and resolve roadblocks.
- Collaborate with department leaders to support cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and resource allocation.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and staff, ensuring effective communication and alignment on priorities.
Program and Project Management
- Oversee and drive critical projects from ideation through completion, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Establish frameworks and tools for efficient project management and reporting.
- Support resource planning and allocation to maintain balance across initiatives.
Experience
Experience/Knowledge/Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience, including roles in operations, support, or strategy.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving complex projects to completion.
- Track record of optimizing business processes and improving organizational efficiency.
