SASMAR is seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Project Manager to join our team. As a renowned pharmaceutical company specializing in personal care and fertility products, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality solutions to our customers across more than 70 countries worldwide.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing operations projects that drive company growth and efficiency. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional operations projects from initiation to completion
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
• Coordinate with various teams, including supply chain, sales, marketing, and production, to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Assess project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure objectives are met
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency
• Facilitate project meetings, presentations, and discussions with stakeholders and executives
• Document lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of project methodologies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies throughout project execution
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, PMI, Six Sigma)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project success
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
