Duration: 8-12 Months Contract (with possible extension) Location: Hybrid in Swiftwater, PA (3-4 days On-site) Salary: $60.00/Hourly Role: Operations-Project Manager (Non-IT) Primary Skills: Project Management Role Description: The Operations-Project Manager (Non-IT) must have 5-10+ years of experience. Must Have: * SAP s4hana is nice to have * Must have system implementation experience * Global rollout only supporting local site- a lot of dynamics of different people involved * Must be local, in Swiftwater, PA who can be onsite Monday-Thursday. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables * Coordinate of project resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization * Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies * Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders * Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives * Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reports * Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies * Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, implementing lessons learned in future projects * Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) * Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, PMP certification is a plus * Exceptional organizational and time management abilities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in project management software and tools.
