What this job involves - This role will require you to come into the office 3 days a week and therefore you must live in the cities of: Malvern, PA; Dallas, TX and / or Charlotte, NC A Program Manager is accountable for identifying strategic priorities, coordinating overall project direction, and implementing a cohesive set of transformational activities to achieve critical business outcomes. Within each project that they manage, they are responsible for assessing risk to the business, orchestrating clear and timely stakeholder communication, as well as establishing and maintaining robust governance practices throughout the program lifecycle. This program management role will focus on the areas of engineering, facility management, sustainability and project management. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with the Operational Excellence Lead and Senior Leadership Team to detect areas of improvement, align projects with overarching business strategies, and drive initiatives that elevate account performance. The Program Manager combines complex information and coordinates various efforts to turn the organization's goals into real results, significantly improving business performance. Your day to day: Key Responsibilities * The role will oversee and help to coordinate various projects and initiatives related to facility management and engineering specifically. * Strategic Planning: Identifying and prioritizing strategic initiatives that align with business goals. * Transformation Management: Implementing activities that drive significant organizational change and improvement. * Information Synthesis: Gathering and analyzing complex data from various sources to inform decision-making. * Goal Realization: Translating organizational objectives into actionable plans and tangible results. * Project Oversight: effectively manage program parameters inclusive of scope, schedule and change to ensure successful delivery. * Change Management: Guiding the organization through transformational activities and ensuring adoption of new processes or systems. This Program Manager role is a position that requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex, interrelated projects while driving organizational change and improvement.
