Job Description As a valued leader on our team, you will manage building, developing, or designing functionality for a product, as well as manage ongoing implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing products. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Operations - Product Management – Manager (Hybrid) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Lead development of design strategy for new products. Manage the team's efforts on the implementation process for new products. Research opportunities for product improvements. Manage a team responsible for the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance. Define product strategy that is in alignment with business objectives. Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experiences 6 years Skills Product Management including managing demand, releases, and backlog Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc. Collective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc. Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict Tools Skilled in Excel Experience using JIRA Desired Experiences Bachelor degree or equivalent Working knowledge of Cloud Technologies and awareness of emerging technologies and trends for creating new business value propositions. Demonstrated experience leading product teams leveraging Agile, Lean Product management, SAFE methodologies. Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc. Advanced level of experience using Confluence/JIRA Additional Information The future is what you make it to be.
