Summary

Responsibilities: * Organize, supervise, and manage/support branch operations and provide high quality customer service while establishing controls that incorporate: * Segregation of duties and appropriate supervision. * Review and clearing exception items, conditions and transaction reconciliation. * Review regularly occurring functions and reports. * Report on discrepancies in operating functions or daily generated reports * Maintain adequate working environmental controls. * Demonstrate initiative and strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively prevent and solve problems. * Responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor in all forms of communication, including written, in-person, and phone interactions with customers. Requirements: * Minimum Five (5) years of experience in banking/branch operations and minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisory position required. * Extensive knowledge and understanding of banking regulations, retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention. * Bilingual in English and Korean. * College degree preferred but not required. (combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered). Salary is based on qualifications and experience.
