Summary

The Operations & Marketing Analyst supports both the operations and marketing teams by analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending strategies to improve business performance. This hybrid role combines operational process analysis with marketing campaign insights to help drive efficiency, optimize marketing efforts, and improve overall business outcomes.

 

Responsibilities

Operations Analysis/Support

  • Assist with daily operational processes including ordering and invoicing.
  • Develop and execute internal dashboards and external client reporting to monitor operational performance.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and KPIs to identify operational improvements.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning activities.

Marketing Analysis/Support

  • Analyze marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, etc.) to assess ROI, engagement, and performance.
  • Track marketing metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost) and provide insights.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize campaigns, channels, and audience targeting.

Cross-functional Support

  • Assist Sales, Client Management and Finance teams as needed on any tasks.
  • Assist or become lead on day to day CRM management to ensure up to date and accurate data.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and customer success teams to align marketing and operational goals.
  • Assist with data integration between marketing and operational systems (CRM, ERP, analytics tools).
  • Present findings and actionable insights.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations analysis, marketing analytics, or a similar hybrid role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong technology background/knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
