The Impact You’ll Make
As an Operations Manager for our Value Added line, you will be at the heart of our fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Leading a team of 100+ employees, including 4 -6 direct reports/supervisors, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your leadership will directly impact product quality, team engagement, and operational excellence, making a difference in how we meet customer demand and maintain our reputation for excellence.
