We are also involved in the business of covering weddings, parties and other events. We have a vacancy for a Manager who can manage the operations of the business. You will be directly reporting to the owner. The salary range is $25 - $30 per week. The working hours will be a minimum of 32 hours per week and the job is permanent, full-time. Responsibilities; Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements Oversee all company operations Estimating costs and preparing budgets Advertising the business and creating leads to increase business Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines Monitor production schedules and resources to resolve issues Supervise and evaluate performance of other employees Take bookings and plan in a manner that efficiency remains utmost Create long lasting relationships with customers and find ways to increase business Determine amount of necessary resources and procure them at reasonable and competitive prices by doing research, Approve purchasing of equipment etc. Ensure output meets quality standards Enforce health and safety precautions Report to upper management Manage your team in an effective manner A comprehensive job description will be provided when selected for the role.
