About The Role

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily field operations, manage crews, ensure top-tier service delivery, and drive efficiency across our service lines. This role requires a strong leader with experience in managing field staff, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high standards in service and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule field technicians across pressure washing, sweeping, and snow removal services.
• Plan and dispatch crews and equipment to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Conduct site visits and inspections, and ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Serve as point of contact for clients regarding service performance, issue resolution, and work scope adjustments.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and readiness of fleet and field equipment.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures; ensure team compliance with OSHA and industry standards.
• Track KPIs, labor hours, and material usage; report to senior leadership with updates and improvement plans.
• Coordinate snow removal logistics during winter and ramp up sweeping/washing operations during peak seasons.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or field management experience in a service-based industry (facility services, landscaping, construction, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of pressure washing, sweeping, and/or snow removal operations
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing weather and seasonal demands
• Proficient in scheduling and routing software/tools
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required) and

Compensation for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience.
