Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily functions that keep our business running at peak performance. This role is for a problem-solver who thrives in creating and implementing efficient processes, managing budgets, staying up-to-date with industry best practices, and overseeing all non-sales hiring and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with a strong grasp of P&L oversight, CRM management, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to drive operational success.
P&L & Budget Management: Regularly review financials, monitor spending, and make adjustments to ensure profitability.
Marketing & Operations Training Calls: Actively participate in all company-provided operations and marketing training to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve strategies.
CRM & Systems Oversight: Manage and enhance the company’s systems, including Salesforce and other tools, to ensure seamless data tracking and automation.
Recruitment & Interviews: Conduct interviews for all non-sales roles, ensuring we hire top talent aligned with our culture and goals.
Vendor & Marketing Meetings: Serve as the primary contact for marketing vendors and other operational partnerships.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and all departments to drive efficiency and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
Strong experience in operations, process improvement, or business management.
Proven ability to oversee budgets and drive financial efficiency.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement scalable solutions.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and technology-driven processes.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
