This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Webberville, MI. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that production goals are met. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, maintaining quality control, handling budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, the Operations Manager will be involved in strategic planning and implementing process improvements.
