Operations Manager

Position Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and distribution center, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes. This role is pivotal in optimizing logistics and supply chain operations to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of shipping and receiving operations.
• Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee replenishment activities.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Utilize ERP systems, including NetSuite, to manage and track operations.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Analyze and report on operational performance metrics.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in logistics and distribution.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ERP software, particularly NetSuite.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
