Lemna Environmental Technologies, Inc. of Vadnais Heights, MN is seeking an Operations Manager who will be responsible for leading project workflow, maximizing profitability, and be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our core business.
Job Summary & Responsibilities:
Candidate will lead the operations functions and actively manage operations team. Primary tasks include but are not limited to:
· Maintaining responsibility for all awarded project outcomes, including quality, budget, customer satisfaction, and overall timely completion.
· Overseeing and managing all field services activities, vendor production, internal warehousing, and internal overhead expenses.
· Managing project manager(s), providing task direction and overall guidance. Directly managing complex and high-risk projects.
· Setting and managing organizational KPIs and metrics.
· Generating, reviewing, and managing organizational 1-, 3-, and 10-year plans for operational strategy.
· Improving operational effectiveness by streamlining business work processes, procedures, and improving information transfer between internal departments.
· Managing the supply chain and negotiating vendor contracts, ensuring quality, cost management, and timely supply of critical items.
This individual will be a key contributor to the organization and coordinate project and operational activities across departments. They will be responsible for managing workload and schedules within operations. They will also oversee internal projects related to enhancement of the overall improvements and deliverables tied to company goals with direction from the CEO.
