In this role, you will lead the onshore team, which includes back-office functions such as project management, work preparation, and planning, as well as the technical service teams operating in both countries. You will be responsible for the development and expansion of team capacity, ensuring optimal use of personnel and resources.

You will act as the key link between the commercial organization and operational execution, with a strong focus on safety, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement. Your leadership and coordination skills will ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction across the wind parks under your management.

If you have proven experience in a similar role within the wind energy sector and are looking to take on a new challenge, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient allocation of personnel, resources, and facilities to successfully and profitably complete maintenance projects.
  • Building and expanding the team to support the growth of existing and new projects.
  • Overseeing the full project portfolio, including planning, progress monitoring, quality control, and budget management.
  • Developing and optimizing internal facilities, tools, and processes, in cooperation with external partners.
  • Ensuring and continuously improving the quality of processes, services, and project outcomes.
  • Active participation in the management team, contributing to strategic planning and company growth.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent level) in a technical or technical-commercial discipline.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role within the wind energy sector.
  • Knowledge of various turbine types (such as Enercon, Vestas, and Senvion) is an advantage.
  • Strong experience in team leadership, including the development and performance management of teams.
  • A true team player who encourages initiative and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An authentic and clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic yet business-minded, pragmatic, decisive, and hands-on, with a strong safety focus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Offer:

  • One-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
  • Competitive salary and benefits, including a good pension scheme and a lease car.
  • A diverse and independent role within a dynamic, driven team.
  • The opportunity to contribute to a sustainable, growing, and international company.
  • Plenty of room for personal initiative and professional development.
  • A hybrid working environment.
