Role Overview


As the Firm's Operations Manager, you will oversee daily office operations, manage inventory, manage vendors, optimize workflows, handle HR duties, oversee software, and ensure the smooth functioning of the firm. You will play a vital role in maintaining a well-organized, client-focused, and high-performing law office.


Responsibilities/Duties


  • Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with office policies.
  • Coordinate office activities, meetings, and schedules to optimize productivity.
  • Handle vendor relationships, office supplies, and resource management.
  • Monitor case management workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to maintain a positive, client-centered work environment.


Requirements


  • Proven, documented experience in office management, preferably in a law firm, legal department or professional services setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt to changes.
  • Experience in a law office or legal department is highly preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of personal injury law is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with legal software and case management systems a plus.
